Return Policy

How do I make a Return?
To make a Return please submit your request with your full name and order number to danielle@labellarenee.com
Can I get my money back?
For all Returned items, We issue a Store Credit Only
How many days do I have to make a Return?
You have 5 days from the delivery date to submit your Return Request. If 5 days pass, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a store credit
How soon will I receive my Store Credit?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item(s).
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
What items are returnable?
Most apparel and shoes are returnable within 5 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed, unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in the original protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original box and thereafter packaged durably, Free from tape and stickers. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:
Free gifts or promotional items
Items marked FINAL SALE
Sunglasses
Bodysuits
Swimwear
Lingerie
Worn items
Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
Shipping fees

CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be Mindful of deodorant, makeup, and other transferable stains as these items will not be acceptable for a store credit.
Sale Items are FINAL sales. No Returns on sale items.
